It was his passion for rock that guided Martin, in Quebec, on the path to success in digital radio with Vinyle Rock, which he created in September 2010.
“I’m a big fan of old rock,” says Martin. I have a collection of more than 300 vinyl records, hence the name of my radio of course. I was tired of classic rock radios that always programmed the same songs. I wanted to make a radio station with a lot more diversity: putting all genres of rock, from rock and roll to hard rock, including French-speaking Canadian and French rock. “
Martin offers more focused programs every evening thanks to musical trays cleverly composed in the RadioManager: “I have different musical trays according to the tone I want to give to the evening: blues, psychedelic, hard rock, funk jazz, rock à gogo, live rock, progressive rock, etc…”.
It is this very eclectic aspect that makes the identity and success of my radio,” continues Martin. This creates a very varied atmosphere that can’t be heard anywhere else.
A unique musical tone to discover urgently.
